Dendrobium Blue 45 produces large rounded flowers. This variety falls in the Dendrobium-Phalaenopsis category, though the colour in the picture looks it is a shade of blue. The camera is unable to capture the beautiful dark blue. Since dendrobium orchids are easy to grow, they are also called beginner's orchids.
